Philip el Nar (CPA, CertIFR)

Philip has more than four (4) years of financial and corporate finance, corporate governance and business development experience. At MFI; Philip acts as the CEO of the company where he manages and directs the day to day operations. Apart from his managerial role at MFI, he is also one of our lead instructors where he has been ranked as the top instructor with the highest rating. Philip is overseeing at CCS corporate finance assignments including but not limited to feasibility studies, business valuations, policies and procedures, corporate governance as well as other agreed upon procedures engagements. During his tenure at CCS, Philip has worked on several corporate governance assignments including Zain Saudi Arabia, Zain Bahrain, Zain Iraq and ALUMCO as well as business valuations’ assignments including Widriss Group (Lebanon), Al Fursan (Lebanon), AES (Saudi Arabia) among others. As part of his deep involvement in business valuation assignments, Philip has an exhaustive experience in financial modeling. Philip has strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

Philip holds a Bachelor in Business Administration major accounting and finance from USEK (top five distinction list). Philip is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the AICPA, New Hampshire Board of Accountancy and holds a Certificate in International Financial Reporting (CERTIFR) from the ACCA. Currently, Philip is preparing for the International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS) examination
