Ayman Mansour has over seven (7) years of experience in financial control, accounting architecture, financial analysis and reporting, external audit, and internal audit at reputable regional and international firms
Ayman is a senior financial control professional at Bank Audi, a universal bank offering a full range of products and services that principally cover commercial and corporate banking, retail and individual banking, and private banking, with a presence in 12 countries. As part of his role at Bank Audi, Ayman leads the testing of new accounting modules and systems and develops proper documentation of test plans and scenarios. He exercises financial control over the accounting platform ensuring that transactions are recorded properly in accordance with Internal Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Prior to that, Ayman has contributed of the successful establishment of the internal audit department at Azadea Group, a premier fashion and lifestyle retail company that owns and operates more than 55 leading international franchise concepts in fashion, food and beverage, home furnishings, sporting goods and multimedia spread across 13 countries in the Middle East and Africa, overseeing more than 600 stores. As an internal audit team leader, Ayman was responsible for the periodic risk-assessments, annual audit plans, and composition of audit programs. He designed and supervised the execution of audit procedures to address areas of risks in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Ayman presented the audit results/findings and recommendations on systems and organization’s procedures and practices to the audit committee and senior management for their action
Ayman has begun his career at Ernst & Young (Lebanon) as a senior auditor in the assurance and business advisory division. Ayman effectively led and coordinated the audit field work of banks, financial institutions, insurance, construction, real estate, manufacturing, and retail companies in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Syria
Ayman has delivered accounting and auditing lectures to candidates willing to sit for the Lebanese CPA examination
Ayman holds a bachelor of business administration, emphasis in accounting, from the American University of Beirut (distinction list) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, the US Board of Accountancy in New Hampshire)
